If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly compensate you for the returns postage within a week of processing the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to return an item, please email our Customer Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with our returns instructions.
As eBooks cannot be physically returned, it is our policy to not offer refunds on successful purchases.
Once we receive your item, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
As eBooks cannot be returned we are unable to refund payments.
By completing the purchase of an eBook from firingthemind.com you waive your 14 day right to cancel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
